how to prepare our pasta

Bring a large saucepan with plenty of salted water to boil and add the
fresh pasta.

Cook it for the time indicated on the box.

4 minutes for Bucatini

3 minutes for Tortelli

6-7 minutes Reginette

5-6  minutes all the other pasta


In a sauce pan heat the sauce till piping hot adding a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.


Pour the pesto into a large bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water and stir it to make it creamy.

Sauce: Drain the pasta and pour it into the sauce pan and gently coat the pasta with the sauce together, plate and enjoy!
