Our selection as well as our menu vary almost every day to give you that feeling of Italian home cooking, everything and fresh made from scratch.
We are on 57 Winchcombe Street, GL52 2NE and you can find us at the Cheltenham Farmers Market every 2nd and last Friday of each month.
HOW TO PREPARE OUR PASTA
Bring a large saucepan with plenty of salted water to boil and add the fresh pasta. Cook it for the time indicated on the box (4 or 5 minutes usually).
heat the sauce
Heat the sauce till piping hot adding a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.
PEsto sauce
Pour the pesto into a large bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.
BUON APPETITO
Gently coat the pasta with the sauce, plate and enjoy!
